Cancellation and Refund Policy for Atulya Bharat Run

At Atulya Bharat Run, we strive to provide the best experience for our participants. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully:

  1. Registration Fees

    All registrations are non-transferable and specific to the individual who signed up. Once registration is completed, participants cannot transfer their spot to another individual.

  2. Cancellation by Participant
    • No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for cancellations initiated by participants.
  3. Event Cancellation by Atulya Bharat Run

    In the unlikely event that Atulya Bharat Run cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered one of the following options:

    • Full refund of the registration fee.
    • Free transfer to another Atulya Bharat Run event of equal value.
  4. Digital Rewards and Medals
    • Digital rewards, certificates, and medals are sent only to participants who complete the event as per the terms and conditions.
    • If you are unable to complete the event due to technical or personal reasons, refunds will not be issued for rewards or medals.
  5. Appeals and Exceptions

    Participants may submit a formal appeal for exceptions to this policy by contacting our support team at support@atulyabharatrun.com. Appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision by Atulya Bharat Run will be final.

  6. Force Majeure

    Atulya Bharat Run will not be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
